Peter Kirsch presented at the AAAE General Aviation Issues Conference on the controversial issue of reversionary rights at the end of tenant leases.  He discussed sponsors’ obligations to maintain a reasonable fee structure and to make the airport as self sufficient as possible in the circumstances, and why these principles affect sponsors’ legal authority to require reversion of tenant improvements at the expiration of leases.
