On February 2, 2018, partner Peter Kirsch participated in an ACC Institute online training program called “Washington Update: Prognosis for 2018 and Implications for the Aviation Industry. The FAA Process for Involving Airports in NextGen Implementation: Lessons from the Phoenix Litigation.”  This program provided an overview of the pending FAA reauthorization legislation, budget and appropriations bills, and the potential for an infrastructure investment package.  This program also explored how the 2018 congressional elections could impact deliberation and progress on the bills.
