The Firm congratulates Christian Alexander and his co-author, Peter Kirsch, for their receipt of the annual John C. Vance Award from the National Academies of Sciences – Transportation Research Board (http://www.trb.org/AboutTRB/VanceAward.aspx). The award is given annually to recognize the author(s) of an outstanding paper published by TRB that advances the study, understanding and implementation of transportation law.  The award recognizes Mr. Alexander and Mr. Kirsch‘s monograph, “Permissible Uses of Airport Property and Revenue”, which was published earlier this year by the TRB (http://www.trb.org/Main/Blurbs/181529.aspx).  The award will be conferred at the 101^st Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board in January 2022.
