On December 21st, Firm partners Peter Kirsch and Katie van Heuven will be presenting a webinar discussing the FAA’s policy changes to the regulation of airport land use. The discussion will provide AAAE members with a brief overview of the final policy statement, what it could mean for airports, and some of the questions that remain on how the FAA will implement the new policy.
