On December 5, 2019, Sarah Rockwell presented at the Colorado CLE Land Use Law – How To conference on “Negotiating Affordable and Workforce Housing Requirements in Development Agreements.”    This presentation offered guidance to both private and local government attorneys negotiating agreements involving affordable housing requirements, including a discussion of the types of requirements, terminology, and customary topics and issues that arise in these agreements.
