The Associated Press published two articles (U.S.News and abcNews) on the precedent-setting efforts by our clients, Snohomish County, Washington, and Propeller Airports, to develop a new commercial passenger terminal at Paine Field in suburban Seattle. The terminal, which will be designed, built, financed, operated, and maintained by Propeller, is scheduled to open in autumn 2018 with 24 flights and three airlines. Our firm represented Snohomish County in its negotiations with Propeller and has represented Propeller in its carrier negotiations.
