We are honored to share that Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell has been named a finalist in the category of “Outstanding Legal Advisor” by the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships (NCPPP).  NCPPP is a nonprofit, non-partisan organization with more than 30 years of experience in advocating for and supporting public-private partnerships (P3s) at the federal, state, and local levels.

In addition, we are proud to note that our clients’ projects have also been recognized by NCPPP.  The Colorado Department of Transportation, High Performance Transportation Enterprise and Bridge Enterprise’s Central 70 project was recognized as the Outstanding Emerging Project Award winner, and Propeller Airports’ Paine Field project in Snohomish County, Washington, was named as the Innovation Project Award winner.
