We also have deep experience in coordinating with mineral owners and negotiating surface use agreements.
Our team also represents clients in mergers and acquisition (M&A) transactions involving energy project portfolios and companies across the technology spectrum. We counsel both buyers and sellers on legal due diligence, bid and project structuring, asset purchase agreements and stock purchase agreements.
