Airports are incredibly unique and dynamic environments and I love working with our clients to find unique and dynamic solutions to the legal and regulatory issues they face.
Slone Isselhard represents airport operators, municipalities, and private businesses in the aviation industry on aviation, environmental, regulatory, and contractual matters as a key member of Kaplan Kirsch’s Airports practice group. Slone offers clients inside industry experience, having served as an attorney for the City of Chicago Department of Law, where she was exclusively retained to advise and represent the City on legal matters involving O’Hare and Midway International Airports, including compliance issues with Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of Justice (DOJ) regulations. She also drafted and revised City ordinances, rules, regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures for both O’Hare and Midway.
